Back pain
Back pain is pain felt in the back. It may be classified as neck pain, middle back pain, lower back pain or coccydynia based on the segment affected. The lumbar area is the most common area affected. An episode of back pain may be acute, subacute or chronic depending on the duration.
Joint pain
Joint pain commonly occurs when fluid accumulates in the tissues around the joints, resulting in swelling and difficulty moving. This can happen if you injure or overuse the joint, or if there is an infection in the joint.
Nociceptive pain is a type of pain caused by damage to body tissue. People often describe it as being a sharp, achy, or throbbing pain. It’s often caused by an external injury. For example, if you hit your elbow, stub your toe, twist your ankle, or fall and scrape up your knee, you may feel nociceptive pain.

Headaches
Headache, also known as cephalalgia, is the symptom of pain in the face, head, or neck. It can occur as a migraine, tension-type headache, or cluster headache. There is an increased risk of depression in those with severe headaches. Headaches can occur as a result of many conditions.
Neck pain
Neck pain is one of the most common types of body pain. Common causes of neck pain include poor posture, injury (such as whiplash), a pinched nerve or even getting it stuck in an odd position while you sleep.
Pain in the hip can also occur from injury and arthritis, and sometimes from the spine (known as referred pain).

Osteoarthritis
Osteoarthritis affects the joints and is more common in the spine and the weight-bearing joints, such as hips, knees and ankles. Your hands and wrists may also be affected, although it is less common in the elbow and shoulder joints. You may have symptoms that fluctuate or progress over time.
Sprains and strains
Sprains and strains are soft-tissue conditions that affect muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Strains injure muscles or tendons, and are usually caused by a fall, twist or over stretching. Sprains on the other hand are caused by stretching and sometimes tearing of ligaments within a joint.
While it is quite normal for the penis to swell with blood during sexual arousal to form an erection, the soft tissues in the structure of the penis can become swollen and painful because of an injury.

Body Pain
Body pain usually occurs because of an injury or a medical condition. It’s often associated with tissue damage and swelling. Acute pain can start suddenly but normally fades as the damage heals – this can take a few moments, days or weeks.
Bone fractures

Muscle pain
The most common causes of muscle pain are tension, stress, overuse and minor injuries. This type of pain is usually limited to just a few muscles or a small part of your body. Muscle pain that is felt throughout your whole body is most often caused by an infection, such as the flu.
Soft tissue pain
Soft tissue pain is, by default, an entity of most of the other structures in the body besides bone. This includes muscle, fascia, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, synovium, fibrous capsules, organs, and nerves.
